CabMatch (cabmatch.co.uk) is an online comparison and booking platform operated by CabMatch Ltd. We help customers find and compare quotes from independent licensed taxi and private hire operators across the UK. CabMatch is not a transport provider and does not employ drivers or operate vehicles.
When you accept a quote and complete a booking through CabMatch, a contract for the provision of transportation services is formed directly between you (the customer) and the operator whose quote you have selected. CabMatch is not a party to that contract and accepts no liability for the performance of the transport service itself.
Each operator is an independent, licensed business responsible for their own vehicles, drivers, insurance, and compliance with applicable local authority licensing requirements.
When you proceed to checkout, CabMatch authorises your payment card via Stripe but does not charge it immediately. Payment is captured only once the operator confirms your booking.
Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are subject to the individual operator's own cancellation and modification policy, which is displayed on the booking confirmation. CabMatch's service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
CabMatch acts solely as a technology intermediary that facilitates connections between customers and transport operators. We:
We do not guarantee the availability, punctuality, quality, or safety of any transport service. These matters are the sole responsibility of the operator.
If you have a complaint about the journey or service received, you should raise it directly with the operator in the first instance. CabMatch may, at its discretion, assist with dispute resolution where we have the ability to do so, but we are not obligated to do so and cannot adjudicate on matters relating to the service delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabMatch's liability to you in connection with any booking or use of the platform is limited to the service fee paid to CabMatch (not the total journey price). CabMatch is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of our platform or the services of any operator.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will always display the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
